Application Process

 
 
Step 1:Call The Met at 264-4700 and schedule a shadow day/family meeting.
 
Step 2:Attend a shadow day/family meeting. This gives you a chance to understand more about our schools culture and learning environment.
 
Step 3:Prospective students must complete all parts of the students application and personal narrative in order to be considered for the lottery and/or acceptance.
 
Step 4:After you have complete step 2 and 3, your parent or guardian must fill out all registration material provided at the front desk. Make sure to mail or fax a copy of your final transcript to assure proper placement and assessment of your individualized learning plan.
 
Please Note: 10th and 11th grade applicants only – complete the application with the understanding that you will be placed on an interest list until a vacancy occurs.  Also it is your responsibility to make sure that your current school of record releases you so that you can attend The Met.
