Students use Schoology to turn in work and receive grades.  Students and parents can view their grades in real time on Schoology.

At the Met there are no bells; students learn to leave classes and move to their next classes without having to be directed externally by bells.

The Met has an Early College High School partnership with Sacramento City College.  Met students have the opportunity take college classes while in high school.

The Met Sacramento is part of the Big Picture network.  The curriculum is based on the 5 school wide learning goals that emphasize how to reason, to problem solve and to be cooperative members of a community.

Every quarter students attending the Met are required to complete at least 10 hours of physical education, 10 hours of community service, read one book and to attend one cultural event.
