Advisory Board
The School Advisory Board is responsible for governance of the charter school and provides leadership and citizen oversight of the school, by understanding the school’s fiscal and program operations and by providing advice to the school principal.
The Board sets direction for the school through a process that involves the community, parent/guardians, students and staff and is focused on student learning and achievement. The Board advises the school district governing board on issues such as program implementation, budgets, and facilities.

Mission Statement
The mission of the MET Sacramento Charter High School Advisory Board is to deliver exceptional leadership and governance of the MET Sacramento High School, by understanding and controlling key elements of the schools fiscal and program operations and by providing direction and advice to the school principal.
Vision Statement
We envision the MET Sacramento Charter High School as a premier school that retains its distinctive character, where every student is an honored student, and where parents, school staff and the community learn together in a safe and clean environment. Our mission is to educate all students, including those who may have not succeeded in more traditional educational settings. We graduate students who are self-directed, independent learners who have the critical thinking sills and core knowledge that will allow them to be successful in college as well as in life. Our graduates are unique and creative individuals who will be able to rise above adversity in the adult world.
